How long will my pixels be on the site? We’ve made a commitment to leave our pixels page active until AT LEAST June of 2011 (that’s over 5 years exposure). If we’re successful in filling that page with pixels by this time (or at least have that end in sight), we will likely leave our pixel grid up somewhere to stand the test of time. Why is there a 100 pixel minimum? There are 1 million pixels on that grid. Aside from the fact that we’d probably need to hire a full-time staff if people were loading it up one pixel at a time – one pixel is practically indiscernible to the naked eye, and would make for an extremely slow-loading and ugly page that users on slow connections couldn’t enjoy.
