The administrators of this web site reserve the right to act at their sole discretion and retain zero liability relating to any and all content placed on our servers. The following will not be tolerated: Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages to irrelevant UseNet newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers).  Spammers will be reported and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Fraud or any U.S. copyright infringement is also strictly prohibited.  If we even suspect you may be in violation; we will terminate your account and blacklist your IP.  Fraud violations will also be reported to both regulatory agencies as well as the party who has been infringed upon; then prosecuted to the full extent of the law.   Pornographic material or sites which contain links to adult sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions of performing illegal activities.   Security violations and attempted violations of system & network security. Or any type of tampering with the system with the purpose to inflict harm.  This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to setup proxies on our servers for entry to other servers, 'cracking' scripts, or launching brute force or 'Denial of Service' attacks.   Multiple accounts are not permitted, and may be deleted without warning.  Everyone should have one account on FWH - no more, no less. We maintain extensive log files regarding all of our members; and should we suspect you have violated any of our policies whatsoever, we will not regret to turn you over to the appropriate authorities.
